For many organizations March marks a new financial year, which usually brings about new strategies, objectives and of course budgets. 2020 has certainly been a challenging year, which has brought about change like never before, adapting to it, has also never before been more important.

What cannot be denied is the significance of changes that has been imposed on us all. In this February 2021 issue of the SAEPA, we address change in a unique manner, firstly; by empathizing with everyone who has lost loved ones over the past year as we mourn the loss of 2 great contributors to the evolution express logistics, we also cherish and celebrate their legacy in the opportunities they have created for others.

A tried and tested method of change certainly is to develop ourselves, both personally and professionally. NQF Aligned training does a great job at this. Another shocking and prevalent change has been the sheer amount of cyber security attacks experienced during 2020, while for many the work from home might have been convenient, for the more devious characters it provided opportunities for learning new cyber attacks and improving their delivery methods.
